Notification on the Purchase of Company's own shares
GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded during the period 27/12/2023 - 29/12/2023 with the purchase through the Athens Stock Exchange of 45,000 GEK TERNA's shares of an aggregate amount of 591,332.66 euros, as follows:

GEK TERNA Holdings, Real Estate, Construction S.A. is a holding company organized around 5 areas of activity:
