Minerals Holdings Limited, in the High Court of Justice Queen's Bench Division in London, England for unpaid professional fees of GBP 594,019.19 plus interest and costs payable for consultancy services (the "Services") provided to GB Minerals Holdings Limited by GBM Minerals Engineering Consultants Limited.
The Services were provided under the terms of an agreement originally dated January 18, 2010 known as the Feasibility Study Agreement.
The Company intends to defend the claim.
The Company is a Canadian mining exploration and development company focused on advancing its
Farim Phosphate Project in Guinea?Bissau, West Africa.
The Company's shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "GBL".
