Gesl Spinners Private Limited announced that it will issue 2,73,50,000 equity shares at a price of INR 17 for gross proceeds for INR 465,000,000 on July 8, 2024. The transaction includes participation from new investor Ganesha Ecoverse Limited for 45% stakes. The transaction is expected to close within 3 to 4 months.
