Gabriel India Limited Recommends Final Dividend for Year Ended March 31, 2024, Payable on or Before September 12, 2024

Gabriel India Limited announced that at its board meeting held on May 23, 2024 approved to recommend the Final Dividend for year ended March 31, 2023 of INR 2.5 per equity share, subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Final Dividend for year ended March 31, 2024 shall be paid, or the dividend warrants shall be dispatched to the shareholders on or before September 12, 2024.
