30-Jan-2014: DIRECTOR SHARE DEALING AND TREASURY SHARES
The Company wishes to advise that Chief Executive Simon Emeny today exercised an unapproved Senior Executive Share Option over 9,100 'A' Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to him in July 2005 at £3.67 per share. All of the share were subsequently sold at 9.75 each; with part of the proceeds funding the exercise, part of the proceeds being employed to settle the Tax and National Insurance liabilities and the balance due to My Emeny.
Following the transfer of 9,100 Treasury Shares from the Treasury Shares Account pursuant to Mr Emeny's options being exercised under the Senior Executive Share Option Scheme, the issued share capital for the 'A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,432,159 of which 1,053,047 (3.15%) are treasury shares.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
