The board of directors (the "Board") of Fuguiniao Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Cheng Siu Chuen ("Mr. Cheng") has resigned as the company secretary, an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (the "Listing Rules") and the authorised representative of the Company for accepting service of process or notice in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from 9 January 2017 to focus on his other business engagement.

Mr. Cheng confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter in relation to his resignation that needs to brought to the attentions of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Company is in the process of identifying suitable candidate(s) to fill the vacancies arising from the resignation of Mr. Cheng. Further announcement(s) will be made by the Company in relation to such appointment(s) as and when appropriate and in accordance with the Listing Rules.
