Notice of Appointment of Advisor

Frontier Management Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Co-President Shoichiro Onishi and Masahiro Matsuoka／ hereafter the "FMI") announced that Mr. Masao Nishihara, former Vice Chairman and Senior Managing Director of the Regional Banks Association of Japan, was appointed as FMI advisor on August 1, 2022.

1.Background to the Appointment of Advisors

Masao Nishihara served as Director-General of the Inspection Bureau of the Financial Services Agency, Director General of the Supervisory Bureau, and Secretary-General of Executive Bureau, Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission, and was active at the center of Japan's financial and monetary policy. He also served on the Senior Managing Director, Organization for Promoting Urban Development and on the Vice Chairman and Senior Managing Director, Regional Banks Association of Japan. FMI will invite Masao Nishihara to further strengthen FMI financial corporate sales.
