FreakOut, inc (TSE:6094) concluded a contract to acquire remaining 50% in M.T.Burn from IGNIS LTD. (TSE:3689) for approximately ¥500 million on January 28, 2016. As per the agreement, 3658 shares will be acquired at ¥136,686 per share. In a related deal, LINE Corporation agreed to acquire 50% stake in M.T.Burn from FreakOut, inc (TSE:6094) for approximately ¥500 million on January 28, 2016. M.T.Burn had total assets of ¥149.88 million, net liabilities of ¥171.19 million, sales of ¥357.23 million, operating loss of ¥217.32 million and net loss of ¥218.76 million for the year ended September 30, 2015. A corporate resolution for the transaction was passed on January 28, 2016. The deal is expected to close on February 1, 2016.
