Formpipe Software AB reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2011. For the quarter, the company reported total revenue of SEK 34.5 million compared to SEK 28.7 million a year ago. Operating profit before depreciations was SEK 9.3 million compared to SEK 0.1 million a year ago. Operating profit was SEK 6.4 million compared to operating loss of SEK 2.2 million a year ago. Profit after tax was SEK 4.6 million compared to loss after tax of SEK 1.7 million a year ago. Profit per share before dilution was SEK 0.38 compared to loss per share before dilution of SEK 0.14 million a year ago. Cash flow from operations was SEK 9.8 million compared to SEK 7.4 million a year ago.
For the year ended December 31, 2011, the company reported total revenue of SEK 112.5 million compared to SEK 112.0 million a year ago. Operating profit before depreciations was SEK 30.4 million compared to SEK 20.0 million a year ago. Operating profit was SEK 20.2 million compared to SEK 10.9 million a year ago. Profit after tax was SEK 14.7 million compared to SEK 8.6 million a year ago. Profit per share before dilution was SEK 1.21 compared to SEK 0.72 million a year ago. Cash flow from operations was SEK 25.4 million compared to SEK 8.9 million a year ago.
The company's board of directors proposes a 20% raise in dividend to SEK 0.60 compared to SEK 0.50 a year ago.
