Flexium Interconnect, Inc. announced name and resume of the replaced member of remuneration committee: CHANG SHUN TEH the Independent Director of Flexium Interconnect. Inc; and KUNG CHIEN HUI the Independent Director of Flexium Interconnect. Inc. The company also announced new member of remuneration committee: FU HSIN PIN the Independent Director of Flexium Interconnect. Inc.; and Huang Shui Tung the Independent Director of Flexium Interconnect. Inc. Effective from June 18, 2019.
