First Pacific Company Limited (the "Company")

- Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held on Friday, 14 June 2024

The AGM of the Company will be held at Edinburgh Room to Alexandra Room, 2nd Floor, Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, 5 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong on Friday, 14 June 2024 at 2:30 p.m. A live webcast of the AGM proceedings will be arranged and made available for the Company's shareholders who are unable to attend the AGM.

Please note that there will be no serving of food or drinks to the attendees of the AGM.

Live Webcast of the AGM Proceedings

You, as a Non-registered Shareholder whose shares are held in the Central Clearing and Settlement System through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited (together, the "Intermediary"), may view a live webcast of the AGM proceedings if you are unable to attend the AGM in person. Details on meeting proceedings online are provided under the section titled "LIVE WEBCAST OF THE 2024 AGM PROCEEDINGS" in the Company's circular dated 26 April 2024. Please however note that shareholders who are unable to attend the AGM in person but choose to view the live webcast of the AGM proceedings will not be counted towards a quorum nor will they b e able to cast their vote online.

In order to view the live webcast of the AGM proceedings, you should (i) contact your Intermediary to appoint you as a proxy and (ii) provide your e-mail address to your Intermediary, before the deadline required by your Intermediary. Details regarding the live webcast arrangements including the login details to access the webcast will be sent by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the Company's branch share registrar in Hong Kong, to the e-mail address provided by you.

From 2:00 p.m. on Friday, 14 June 2024, you can log in to the platform for the live webcast of the AGM proceedings by visiting http://meetings.computershare.com/FPC2024AGM.
