SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 10 August 2020 in relation to the resignation of executive directors and the appointment of executive director (the ''Announcement''). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board is pleased to supplement the reason of Mr. Wu and Mr. Rao's resignations as follows:

The reason of Mr. Wu and Mr. Rao's respective resignations as (1) executive director and compliance officer; and (2) executive director is that each of them intended to devote more time to their respective personal commitments. As disclosed in the Announcement, Mr. Wu and Mr. Rao have confirmed that they have no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to their resignations that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
