Fintech Ecosystem Development Corp. announced that it expects to receive $1.15 million in funding from Revofast LLC

Fintech Ecosystem Development Corp. announced a private placement of 1,150,000 pre-paid warrants at issue price of $1 per warrant for gross proceeds of $1,150,000 on October 19, 2022. The transaction included participation from Revofast LLC.

The pre-paid warrants have an exercisable price of $11.50 per share and are convertible into class A common shares of the company.
