Filinvest Land, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 1,725.33 million compared to PHP 1,529.37 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 5,223.31 million compared to PHP 4,839.08 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 647.4 million compared to PHP 526.98 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.03 compared to PHP 0.02 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.03 compared to PHP 0.02 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was PHP 3,443.9 million compared to PHP 2,983.19 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 9,916.87 million compared to PHP 9,146.55 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 1,388.3 million compared to PHP 1,204.75 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.06 compared to PHP 0.05 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.06 compared to PHP 0.05 a year ago.
Filinvest Land, Inc. is a Philippines-based property developer. The Company is engaged in the development of residential subdivisions, construction of housing units and leasing activities. Its segments include Real Estate Operations and Leasing Operations. The Companyâs Real Estate Operations segment involves the acquisition of land, planning and development of large-scale, fully integrated residential communities, as well as the development and sale of residential lots, housing units, medium-rise residential buildings, farm estates, industrial parks, residential resort projects, a private membership club and condominium buildings. The Companyâs Leasing Operations segment involves the operations of Festival Supermall, Fora Tagaytay, Main Square and Il Corso, including its management and theater operations. This segment also includes leasing of commercial and office spaces in Makati City, Muntinlupa City, Pasay City, Bacoor City, Tagaytay City, Cebu City and Clark.
