FDG Electric Vehicles Limited Announces Re-Designation of Tong Zhiyuan from an Executive Director to a Non-Executive Director and Ceases to be Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Executive Committee

The board of directors of FDG Electric Vehicles Limited announced that Mr. Tong Zhiyuan has been re-designated from an executive director of the company to a non-executive director of the company and ceased to be the Chief Operating Officer of the Group and a member of the Executive Committee of the company with effect from 3 May 2018. Mr. Tong was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of the Group and an executive director of the company on 15 February 2017.
