Farmak International Holding GMBH acquired a 11.28% stake in Farmak JSC from Florian Overseas Investments Ltd on February 12, 2013. Under the terms of the deal, Farmak International Holding acquired 0.82 million shares of Farmak JSC. Farmak JSC reported sales of UAH 1.7 billion for 2012. Farmak reported a net profit of UAH 279 million for 2012.

Farmak International Holding GMBH completed the acquisition of a 11.28% stake in Farmak JSC from Florian Overseas Investments Ltd on February 12, 2013.

Farmak PAT (Farmak OJSC) is a Ukraine-based company involved in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. The Company's product portfolio includes approximately 150 names in various dosage forms: parenteral dosage forms, drops, ointments, tablets and capsules.
