UPDATE ON RESTRUCTURING PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED IN THE UNITED STATES

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Ezra Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries and associated companies, the "Group") refers to the announcement made by the Company on 19 March 2017 (the "Ezra Announcement").

All capitalised terms not defined shall have the same meaning as set out in the Ezra Announcement.

As part of the Ezra Chapter 11 Filing, each of the Ezra Chapter 11 Entities are required to produce a corporate monthly operating report to the United States Trustee within 20 days after the end of the month, which include schedules on cash receipts and disbursements, income statements, balance sheet, accounts receivable and other items for the Ezra Chapter 11 Entities. The financial information disclosed in the corporate monthly operating reports have not been reviewed or audited by the Company's external auditors and may be subject to further adjustments and revisions after the audit by the Company's external auditors. These reports, upon submission to the United States Trustee, will be uploaded onto the following website: https://cases.primeclerk.com/ezra/Home-Index.

The website will also provide details and status of the Ezra Chapter 11 Filing.

Further announcements will be made by the Company and the Board via SGXNET as and when there are any material developments in compliance with the listing rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
