Exsitec Holding AB (publ) has signed an agreement on extended credit lines with Nordea. The loan agreement includes refinancing of existing loans of SEK 87 million and NOK 35 million respectively, a revolving credit facility amounting to SEK 125 million, an overdraft facility amounting to SEK 75 million and a conditional option to increase the facility amounting to SEK 200 million (a so-called accordion option). The agreement is valid for 5.5 years and is intended to be used for acquisitions.
