Exponent : Presents at Samsung Press Conference on Root Cause of Note7 Incidents

Exponent presented the results of its independent third-party investigation of the Samsung Note 7 recall at a press conference at Samsung in Seoul. Our work was conducted on behalf of Samsung to determine the root cause for lithium ion cell failures in the Note7 device. Dr. Kevin White, Principal Scientist in Exponent's Polymer Science and Materials Chemistry Practice presented our findings. Dr. Shukri Souri, Practice Director of Exponent's Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Practice helped answer questions after the press conference was completed.
