On January 19, 2021, eXp World Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a stock dividend of one (1) share of the Company's common stock, $0.00001 par value per share (the "Common Stock"), on each share of the Company's outstanding Common Stock. The stock dividend is payable on February 12, 2021 to holders of record of the Company's Common Stock at the close of business on January 29, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
