ExeoTech Invest AB completed the acquisition of Sameffekt AB for SEK 0.75 million.

ExeoTech Invest AB (publ) signed a letter of intent to acquire Sameffekt AB for SEK 0.75 million on June 25, 2015. Under the terms of the transaction, ExeoTech Invest will issue 5 million shares as consideration at an offer price of SEK 0.15 each. For 2014, Sameffekt AB reported sales of SEK 2 million.
