EuroSports Global Limited Appoints Foo Say Tun as Non-Executive Independent Director, the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee

EuroSports Global Limited announced that Mr. Foo Say Tun ("Mr Foo") will be appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 8 September 2020. Following his appointment to the Board, Mr. Foo shall also be appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee.
