The Company manufactures and offers endoprothesys and implants, special bioceramic materials and alloys for the medicine, special surgical instruments, osteosynthesys means, single use syringes, haemodialysis apparatuses and lines and single use medical materials. The Company’s product portfolio includes fiber dialyzers, arterial and venous lines for haemodialysis, transfusion and infusion sets, fistula and injection needles, catheters, tubes, and femoral implants, among others. The Company operates through one subsidiary, Etropal Trade OOD. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Sintetika AD with a stake of 66.53%.
