Suspension of General Meeting of Creditors

Eternit S.A. - under Court-Supervised Reorganization (B3: ETER3, "Company"), in compliance with article 157, paragraph 4 of Federal Law 6,404/76 ("Brazilian Corporation Law") and CVM Instruction 358/2002, and with regard to the Material Fact notices disclosed by the Company on October 19, November 8 and 27, 2018, hereby informs its shareholders and the market that:

After the resumption of proceedings at the General Meeting of Creditors held on November 27, 2018 and suspended for continuation on this date, and in response to requests of additional time for the analysis of the terms and conditions of the Judicial Recovery Plan and requests from creditors for fresh changes to the Judicial Recovery Plan, the creditors approved suspending the Meeting of Creditors pursuant to Law 11,101/2005, which will be resumed on March 13, 2019, at the same place with accreditation at 09:00 and start at 10:00.

The Company will keep its shareholders and the market informed, in accordance with the rules and timeframes established by applicable laws, of any developments on the subject matter of this Material Fact notice and other relevant facts related to the progress of the court-supervised reorganization.
