Eson Precision Ind. Co., Ltd. Approves the Proposal of Cash Dividend for 2023

Eson Precision Ind. Co., Ltd. at its AGM held on June 19, 2024 approved the Proposal for Distribution of 2023 Profits. Each common shareholder will be entitled to receive a cash dividend of TWD 1.6 per share, the Company plans to distribute dividends of TWD 269,646,264 to shareholders.
Eson Precision Ind. Co., Ltd. is a Cayman Islands-based company principally engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sale of structural components for consumer electronics. The Company provides service in product design and development, manufacturing, secondary processing and assembly projects. The Companyâs products and services include Cloud products, which include network switch and computer host; Television (TV), which provides television and television components; Optical products, Mold products, Automotive products, which includes panoramic skylight, car lift gate, car seat structure, car subwoofer body parts, body frame and polycarbonate (PC) glass for car, and consumer electronics products include sweeping robot, balance car, router and telephone.
