On June 16, 2023, the Board of Directors of Equity Bancshares, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.10 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on July 14, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2023.
Equity Bancshares, Inc. is a bank holding company for Equity Bank (the Bank). The Bank offers a suite of online banking solutions, including access to account balances, online transfers, online bill payment and electronic delivery of customer statements, mobile banking solutions for iPhone and Android phones, including remote check deposit with mobile bill pay. Its commercial treasury management services include balance reporting, transfers between accounts, wire transfer initiation, automated clearing house (ACH) origination and stop payments.
