On April 22, 2020, Equity Bancshares, Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, the shareholders elected Junetta M. Everett as Class I director and Benjamen M. Hutton as class III director of the company.
Equity Bancshares, Inc. is a bank holding company for Equity Bank (the Bank). Its commercial treasury management services include balance reporting, transfers between accounts, wire transfer initiation, automated clearing house (ACH) origination and stop payments.
