Epiroc AB (publ) (OM:EPI A) agreed to acquire ACB+ on May 24, 2024. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price as the transaction is not subject to a disclosure obligation pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation. ACB+ had revenues of about SEK 365 million in the 12 months through March 31, 2024.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in the third quarter 2024.
