Entire Technology Co.,Ltd. (TSEC:3573) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 6,000,000 shares, representing 4.38% of its share capital, for up to TWD 144 million. Such shares will be repurchased within a price range of TWD 12 per share and TWD 24 per share.
Entire Technology Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of electronic components and plastic products, as well as the sale of paints, coatings, chemical raw materials, electronic materials. The main products are diffusion plate, light guide plate and other products. The Company's main products are component light guide plates and diffuser plates for display backlight modules, illuminated light guide plate diffuser plates and 5G mobile phone composite plates. The main function of the light guide plate and the diffusion plate is to provide a uniform surface light source for the LCD TV, and it is a key material for the backlight module. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets.
