Enterprise Diversified, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was USD 2.115 million compared to USD 1.530 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 1.386 million compared to USD 1.098 million a year ago. Net income was USD 2.152 million compared to USD 1.101 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.81 compared to USD 0.42 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was USD 4.551 million compared to USD 226,082 a year ago. Operating income was USD 3.364 million compared to operating loss of USD 888,458 a year ago. Net income was USD 4.130 million compared to net loss of USD 869,703 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 1.57 compared to basic loss per share of USD 0.34 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 1.56 compared to diluted loss per share of USD 0.34 a year ago.

The Company operates through four segments: Asset Management Operations, Real Estate Operations, Internet Operations and Other Operations. Asset Management Operations segment includes activities from various joint ventures, service offerings and initiatives undertaken in the asset management industry. Real Estate Operations segment includes activities related to the management of legacy properties held for investment and held for resale through EDI Real Estate located in Roanoke, Virginia, and its equity in Mt Melrose, LLC, which managed properties held for investment and held for resale located in Lexington, Kentucky. Internet Operations segment activities related to its sale of Internet access, hosting, storage and other ancillary services. Other Operations segment include corporate operations and nonrecurring or one-time strategic funding or similar other activity.
