Notice Concerning Cancellation of Treasury Stock

Enplas Corporation ("Enplas", Head Office: Saitama, President: Daisuke Yokota) hereby announces that, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 29, 2022, Enplas resolved to cancel treasury stock under the provision of Article 178 of the Companies Act of Japan, as follows.

1. Type of shares to be cancelled:	Common shares of Enplas
2.	Number of shares to be cancelled:	3,500,000 shares
		(26.45% of total number of issued shares before the cancellation)
3.	Scheduled date of cancellation:	August 31, 2022

After the cancellation, the number of treasury share will be 9.42% of the total number of shares outstanding.
