Gradjevinsko Preduzece Napred A.D. has said it plans to launch takeover bids for minority stakes in two subsidiaries of Energoprojekt Holding a.d. (BELEX:ENHL). The target of the takeover bids are 73,455 shares in Energoprojekt industrija a.d. (BELEX:EPIN), or 37.23% of the company's capital, and 112,939 shares in Energoprojekt Oprema A.D. Beograd (BELEX:ENOP), equivalent to a stake of 32.13%, Napred Razvoj said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange on August 4, 2017. The takeover bids will be made in cooperation with Napred Razvoj's owner, Serbian entrepreneur Dobroslav Bojovic, and his companies Montinvest Properties and Jopag AG, as well as Energoprojekt.
