ASX Code EMX Research and Development Refund Received

Energia Minerals Ltd ("Energia") (ASX: EMX) wishes to advise that it has received a cash refund of $545,561 under the Australian Federal Government's Research and Development Tax Incentive.
This reimbursement is in relation to the year ended 30 June 2012 in which Energia undertook extensive technical studies on the Carley Bore deposit. These studies included metallurgical and hydrogeological testing.
In addition, $60,000 has recently been received from the South Australian Department of Manufacturing, Trade, Resources and Energy ("DMITRE"). This represents the amount granted to Energia under the 2012 PACE Discovery Drilling program for drilling undertaken on the Blyth Creek Project in July 2012.

Altamin Limited is an Australia-based mineral company focused on base and critical metals exploration and brownfield mine development in Italy. The Company operates through two segments: Vedra JV and Other Exploration. Its projects include Gorno Project, Lazio Lithium Project, Punta Corna Cobalt Project, Villar Graphite Project, Corchia (VMS) Copper/Cobalt Project, and Monte Bianco Project.
