Empresas Cabo de Hornos SA is a Chile-based company engaged in the farming and exploitation of grapes in its fields located the Copiapo Valley, region of Atacama. It cultivates and harvests such grapes as Superior Seedless, Red Globe, Thompson Seedless, Flame Seedless and Autumn Royal. The Company operates within the national market under six brands: Cabo de Hornos Grapes, Magellan Grapes, Straits of Magellan Grapes, Cosmos Grapes and Rio Pulido Grapes. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Cultivos Cabo de Hornos SA, which is mainly active in salmon farming, and Turismo Cabo de Hornos Ltda, which operates as a travel agency.
