RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of Emperor Capital Group Limited (the "Company") announces that the Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Chan Shek Wah ("Mr. Chan") as Executive Director of the Company due to his intention to pursue his own career with effect from 31 August 2019. Upon his resignation, Mr. Chan will automatically cease to be a member of the Executive Committee under the Board and also cease to be a director and other positions of the relevant subsidiaries of the Company.

Mr. Chan confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Chan for his valuable contributions to the Group during his tenure of service.
