          Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
          Officers.

On February 25, 2023, Robert Chen notified Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") of his intent to leave the Company and resign from his position as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary.

The Company has commenced a search for Mr. Chen's replacement.
