Element Fleet Management Corp.'s board of directors has authorized and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per outstanding common share of Element for the fourth quarter of 2016. The dividend will be paid on January 13, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 30, 2016.
A quarterly dividend of $0.4125 per outstanding Cumulative 5-Year Rate Reset Preferred Share, Series A payable on December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record on the close of business on December 19, 2016. The dividend payment is for the quarterly period up to but excluding December 31, 2016. A quarterly dividend of $0.40625 per outstanding Cumulative 5-Year Rate Reset Preferred Share, Series C payable on December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record on the close of business on December 19, 2016. The dividend payment is for the quarterly period up to but excluding December 31, 2016. A quarterly dividend of $0.40 per outstanding Cumulative 5-Year Rate Reset Preferred Share, Series E payable on December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record on the close of business on December 19, 2016. The dividend payment is for the quarterly period up to but excluding December 31, 2016.
