Harris Street Fund, managed by Elanor Investors Group (ASX:ENN) and Elanor Commercial Property Fund (ASX:ECF) agreed to acquire Commercial office property located at 19 Harris Street, Pyrmont valued at approximately AUD 190 million on April 27, 2022. To partially fund the acquisition, 1 for 8 accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer will be lunched to raise AUD 36.6 million.
