Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of the Company at its meeting held on August 3, 2023 approved grant of 5,000 Restricted Stock Units under the Restricted Stock Units Plan, 2019 ("RSU Plan") of the Company.

Stock Units granted shall become exercisable upon completion of a period of 3 years from the grant date. Upon exercise, each stock unit shall result into one equity share of face value of Re. 1 each.
