MEETING TO PRESENT THE 2023 ANNUAL RESULTS

RESCHEDULED

Egide Group(Euronext Growth Paris™- ISIN: FR0000072373 - Mnemo: ALGID) announces the postponement of its meeting to present the Group's 2022 annual results, as the accounts are still being finalized.

Initially scheduled for Thursday April 20 at 2:30 pm, the meeting will be held by videoconference on Friday

April 28, 2023 at 4:00 pm.

Registration is required directly from the French Financial Markets Association (SFAF).

Aprile 27, 2023: 2022 financial results (after French market closure)

April 28, 2023: SFAF Meeting Presentation of the 2022 Annual Results by videoconference

EGIDE S.A. specializes in the design, production and marketing of casings intended for the protection and interconnection of electronic chips and systems. The group's products are used primarily in radars, infrared detectors, satellites, and optoelectronics modules (transmitters, receivers, modulators, amplifiers, etc.). The group's activity is organized around 4 product families - enclosures for thermal imaging ; - power boxes (26%); - enclosures for optoelectronic components); - microwave boxes. At the end of 2022, the group had 2 production sites located in France and the United States. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: France (42.6%), the United States and Canada (3.7%) and others (53.7%).
