In accordance with section 38 and 39 of the Capital Markets Act, statutory instrument 2017-10-31 no. 1172 on Major Shareholders and Section 55 of the Danish Companies Act, Selskabet af 5. November 2018 A/S, company registration no. 39995670, has notified that Selskabet af 5. November 2018 A/S on November 8, 2018 has acquired 47,111 B-shares in egetæpper a/s. Selskabet af 5. November 2018 A/S already owned 497,919 B-shares in egetæpper a/s corresponding to approx. 19% of the total share capital. After the acquisition Selskabet af 5 november 2018 owns in total 545,030 B-shares corresponding to 20.8% of the total share capital.

Selskabet af 5. november 2018 is 100% owned by MEDF Holding A/S, company registration no. 36937661, which is 100% owned by Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond.

Following the latest acquisition of Selskabet af 5. November 2018 A/S Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond indirectly owns 330,340 A-shares and 1,227,640 B-shares in egetæpper a/s corresponding to approx. 59.4% of the company's total share capital and approx. 81% of the total number of voting rights.
