Company announcement - major shareholder notification

egetæpper A/S has today received the following major shareholder notification:

Small Cap Danmark A/S, company registration no. 39703416, has informed that Small Cap Danmark A/S has sold its holding of shares in egetæpper a/s and no longer holds any shares in egetæpper a/s.

At the same time Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond has informed that, they today through its 100 % indirectly owned subsidiary, Selskabet af 5. november 2018 A/S, company registration no. 39995670, has acquired 497.919 B-shares in egetæpper a/s corresponding to approx. 19.00 % of the company's share capital and approx. 8.90 % of the company's voting rights. Selskabet af 5. november 2018 A/S is 100 % owned by MEDF Holding A/S, company registration no. 36937661, which in turn is 100 % owned by Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond.

Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond is already, through MEDF Holding A/S, the indirect owner of 330.340 A-shares and 682.610 B-shares in egetæpper A/S corresponding to 38.6 % of the company's share capital and 71.3 % of the company's voting rights.

Following the acquisition, Mads Eg Damgaard Familiefond is the indirect owner of 57.6 % of the share capital and 80.2 % of the voting rights in egetæpper A/S.
