Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement byEdda Wind ASA ("Edda Wind " or the "Company") on2 March 2023 regarding the ordering of four commissioning service operation vessels ("CSOV") newbuilds to be built byVard Group .Edda Wind is today pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a green term loan facility agreement for the pre- and postdelivery financing of the four vessels under construction at Vard. The agreement is aEUR 161 million green loan facility with CréditAgricole Corporate and Investment Bank ,Danske Bank A/S ,DNB Bank ASA andSpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA , with expiry in 2029 and a profile of 12 years. The facility corresponds to a leverage ratio of 60% of the ready for sea cost of the vessels.
