The board of directors of EcoGreen International Group Limited announced the resignation of Lau Wang Yip, Derrick as independent non-executive director, member of audit committee, member of remuneration committee and member of nomination committee of the company with effect from 31 March 2016. In view of other businesses that require Lau's full time attention, Lau has decided to resign from the Board and the Board committees.
