EATON VANCE MUNICIPAL BOND FUND II

The announcement reflects a reduction in the monthly distribution for Eaton Vance Insured Ohio Municipal Bond Fund (AMEX:EIO). The record date for the distributions is September 21, 2007, and the payable date is September 28, 2007. The ex-date is September 19, 2007. The distribution per share, closing market price on August 30, 2007 (or last trade price), and annualized market yield for each Fund are as follows:
