Eaton Vance Management (International) Limited Announces Appointment of Thomas Body as Business Development Director for Germany and Austria

Eaton Vance Management (International) Limited announced that Thomas Body has joined as the Business Development Director for Germany and Austria, reporting to TJ Halbertsma, Managing Director, EVMI. With the addition of Mr. Body, Eaton Vance is strengthening its support in the region to meet the growing client interest in Eaton Vance strategies and is awaiting regulatory approval to establish a local EVMI branch in Frankfurt. This office will be managed by Mr. Body, who is leading Eaton Vance's regional distribution effort, continuing the business activities initiated by the head office in London. Effective immediately, Mr. Body is responsible for expanding EVMI's client relationships with German pension funds, investment consultants, insurance companies and institutional fund buyers, as well as promoting EVMI investment strategies and identifying new distribution opportunities in Germany. Mr. Body joins Eaton Vance from Aberdeen Standard Investments, where he was Head of Business Development. Financial Institutions, Europe ex UK. Mr. Body spent over 10 years at Aberdeen, where he was previously Senior Business Development Manager and Institutional Business Development Manager for Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium and Austria. He graduated from University of Applied Sciences Trier (Diplom Betriebswirt Fachhochschule with a degree in Business Administration and a focus on Tax, Control and Audit.
Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to provide current income, with a secondary objective of capital appreciation.
