Certain Shares of Eat&Co.,Ltd are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 4-NOV-2018. These Shares will be under lockup for 90 days starting from 6-AUG-2018 to 4-NOV-2018.

Naoki Fumino and Takeshi Uetsuki, and shareholder, Straight Tree F Co., Ltd., agreed with Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. that no sale, etc. of company shares would be done without a prior written consent from Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., during the period which starts on the Issue Price Determination Date, and ends on the 90th day counting from the delivery date
Eat&Holdings Co Ltd, formerly Eat& Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company engaged in the production and sale of frozen food products, as well as the operation of restaurant chains. The Company operates in two business segments. The Food segment is engaged in the sale of frozen food products under the brand name OSAKA OHSHO to consumer cooperatives and general mass retailers through wholesalers, as well as to general consumers through electronic commerce (EC) business sites.
