Easycall Communications Philippines, Inc. agreed to acquire Transnational E-Business Solutions Inc. from TDG Ventures, Inc and Transnational Diversified Group, Inc. for approximately PHP 160 million.

Easycall Communications Philippines, Inc. (PSE:ECP) agreed to acquire Transnational E-Business Solutions Inc. from TDG Ventures, Inc and Transnational Diversified Group, Inc. for approximately PHP 160 million on December 2, 2021. Under the terms, Easycall Communications will acquire 1 million shares in Transnational E-Business for PHP 162.93 each 50% from TDG Ventures and 50% from Transnational Diversified. The transaction will be funded by bank loans and/or shareholder advances of up to PHP 200 million.

The transaction is unanimously approved by the Board of Directors of Easycall Communications. The transaction is expected to conclude early next year.
