East West Properties PLC is a Sri Lanka-based company, which is engaged the renting warehouses, ground, office space, and yard for commercial purposes. Its segments include Rental, includes Warehouses, Yard, Ground, and Office Space Rental; Infrastructure, includes renting of infrastructure, and Trading and Services, is engaged in the selling and distribution, renting, and repairs of transmission equipment and machinery parts. The Company owns approximately five acres of land in Peliyagoda, of which two acres have been developed into over 100,000 square feet (sq ft) of warehouse spaces, and the remaining three acres has been leased to Ultra Tech Cement Company. The Company, through its subsidiary, Peoples Media Networks (Pvt) Ltd, operates television and radio broadcasting stations. It rents out over two radio frequencies and two television frequencies issued by the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority of Sri Lanka.
