Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (China) Co., Ltd (SZSE:002922) agreed to acquire 5.53% stake in Shenzhen Autoway Electric Technologies Co.,LTD from Shenzhen Qianhai Heneng Investment Management Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and Shenzhen Anhejun Investment Management Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for CNY 27.8 million on June 6, 2022. On July 4, 2022, Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (China) Co., Ltd signed the agreement to acquire 5.53% stake in Shenzhen Autoway Electric Technologies Co.,LTD from Shenzhen Qianhai Heneng Investment Management Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and Shenzhen Anhejun Investment Management Enterprise (Limited Partnership). In a related transaction, Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (China) Co., Ltd will acquire further stake in Shenzhen Autoway Electric Technologies Co.,LTD through capital increase agreement. The transaction will be funded through own funds. Post completion, Shenzhen Qianhai Heneng Investment Management Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and Shenzhen Anhejun Investment Management Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will hold 0.6769% and 3.9266% stake of Shenzhen Autoway Electric Technologies Co.,LTD. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (China) Co., Ltd.
